Job Title: Manager PPC & Order Management

Qualification: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven professional to manage Production Planning & Control (PPC) and Order Management. The role involves planning, scheduling, tracking, and ensuring on-time execution of customer orders while optimizing production efficiency and resource utilization. You will serve as the key link between customers, production, quality, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless order execution and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Management:

- Plan, schedule, monitor, and track orders from receipt to final delivery.

- Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams (Production, Quality, Procurement, and Logistics) to ensure timely execution of orders.

- Manage project timelines and proactively address delays or challenges.

Production Planning & Control:

- Develop and implement production plans and strategies to meet customer demand.

- Optimize resource utilization while ensuring timely delivery.

- Create and maintain production schedules, considering lead times, volumes, and available capacity.

Capacity & Material Planning:

- Analyze production capacity and identify potential bottlenecks.

- Work with process engineering teams to enhance productivity.

- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components.

Monitoring & Quality Assurance:

- Track production progress and address any deviations from the plan.

- Ensure adherence to quality standards throughout the production process.

Inventory & Data Management:

- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and storage costs.

- Ensure accurate and up-to-date Bill of Materials (BOM).

- Implement and track Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) efficiently.

Team Leadership:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the PPC and order management teams to achieve targets.

- Foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience in production planning, order management, or supply chain operations.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of inventory management and ERP systems is an advantage.
