About the Role
We are seeking a highly driven Deputy Manager - Sales to spearhead business development for our innovative products in Mapping, Surveillance, and Inspection applications. The role requires a dynamic professional with strong sales acumen, technical understanding, and the ability to build and manage strategic client and channel partner relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Generate demand, identify opportunities, and close business for iF products across assigned sectors.
- Achieve annual sales quota and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct product presentations, remote visits, and technical demonstrations tailored to client needs.
Account & Territory Management
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and territory growth strategies.
- Leverage sales tracking systems for pipeline management, accurate forecasting, and performance reporting.
- Build and nurture relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring long-term engagement and revenue growth.
Sales Enablement & Market Development
- Create, maintain, and leverage high-value sales enablement content including technical presentations, case studies, and customer success stories.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new use cases and strengthen product positioning in the market.
- Develop strategic alliances with new channel partners and strengthen the partner ecosystem within the assigned territory.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 5-8 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology-driven industries (Mapping, GIS, UAV, Surveillance, or related sectors).
- Strong track record of achieving sales quotas and managing enterprise accounts.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and forecasting abilities with proficiency in CRM/sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a target-driven environment.
