Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic DM-Inside Sales professional with 4+ years of technology sales experience to drive new sales and revenue. You'll be the primary point of contact for prospects, expertly qualifying leads, generating new opportunities, and nurturing relationships. If you're passionate about delivering excellent customer service, managing a consistent sales pipeline, and are keen to work with cutting-edge technology, this role is for you. Experience with drone and UAV technology is a plus!
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Qualification: Qualify inbound sales inquiries and proactively generate new sales and revenue through daily outbound calls and emails, with a focus on transactional business opportunities.
Customer Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for prospects, delivering excellent customer service by actively listening to their needs and recommending tailored ideaForge solutions.
Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospects, meticulously track leads, and assess customer interest to manage a consistent and healthy sales pipeline.
Sales Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with field sales teams to ensure a smooth lead handoff for opportunity management, connecting ideaForge's value proposition to cold contacts.
Feedback & Strategy: Provide valuable feedback on lead quality and collaborate on target lists, call strategies, and messaging to continually improve demand generation efforts.
Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on ideaForge products, industry trends, and best CRM practices to maximize efficiency and deliver a superior customer experience.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in technology sales, preferably within an Inside Sales role.
- Proven track record of generating new sales and revenue through inbound and outbound efforts.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand needs and recommend solutions.
- Experience in establishing and maintaining relationships with prospects and managing a sales pipeline.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal sales teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
