EXPERIENCE RANGE: Post qualification experience of 12 years

CRITICAL EXPERIENCE: 7-10 years' experience in similar profile is mandatory

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS: MBA - Finance / CA / CFA level 3

LOCATION: Mumbai - H.O. (Cuffe Parade, Churchgate)

CTC (Per Annum): Commensurate with experience

CANDIDATE'S PROFILE:

- Seasoned capital markets professional with 12+ years of overall experience, including 7-10 years in Institutional Equities (IE) Sales with strong exposure to Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs).

- Proven track record in managing institutional client relationships, driving revenue growth, and delivering market insights across equity products and capital market transactions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

- Manage and grow relationships with FIIs, offshore funds, and institutional investors.

- Drive institutional equity sales and revenue generation.

- Coordinate with research, trading, and corporate access teams to deliver investment ideas and execution support.

- Conduct client meetings, road shows, and investor interactions.

- Track market trends and provide timely market intelligence to clients.

- Support IPOs, block deals, QIPs, and other capital market transactions.

SKILLS AND TRAITS:

- Strong experience in institutional equity sales and FII client handling.

- Good understanding of equity markets and institutional investment flows.

- Excellent relationship management, communication, and presentation skills.

- Existing relationships with Foreign Institutional Investors mandatory.
