IDBI Capital Markets - Fixed Income Dealer - Debt Capital Markets

Job Responsibilities:

- Origination, appraisal & Placement would be the 3 important dimensions of this profile.

- Originate/Sourcing and Placement of short-term and long- term debt majorly up to 3 years tenor (CP/NCD) for NBFC/Corporate Clients.

- Achieving targeted fee-based income & maintaining and enhancing business quality would be the important responsibilities.

- Execution of Secondary trades in WDM Segment up to 3 year segment

- Would be responsible for Business development, origination, client relationship. Should be able to ideate, innovate, and strategize to source business. Should be able to guide the team for origination and winning pitches & mandates across various industries.

- Should ensure successful completion of the assignment within timelines. Should have effective co-ordination with clients and Banks, FI's, NBFC's.

- Should have excellent knowledge of preparation and review of financial model.

- Should have excellent understanding of Financial Statements with ability to analyze balance sheet and to provide solutions to clients.

- Thorough analysis of financial statements for risk assessment from lending perspective, Evaluation of business model and other aspects for credit facilities, Preparation of CMA data/ projections and project reports/ IMs.

- Should have excellent relationship with Banks, FI's, NBFC's at various levels. Should have excellent experience in liaisoning with Banks, FI's, NBFC's.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies:

- Extensive DCM Deal Experience Deep understanding of Debt Syndication (DCM) Relationships with Corporates and DCM Investors conduct business operations as per the company's policies and procedures Skills Required

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Proficient in MS Office

- Strong Interpersonal skills

Qualifications : MBA - Finance from a reputed Institute or CA or CFA.
