IDBI Capital Markets - Associate - Credit Deal Origination & Placements - Debt Capital Markets

Job Summary:

Debt Capital Markets professional with 3-5 years of experience in origination, placement, and execution of credit and debt financing transactions including NCDs, structured debt, and private placements. The role involves investor engagement, transaction execution, credit assessment, and client coordination across institutional debt market transactions

Credit Deal Origination & Placements

- Origination and execution of Debt Capital Markets transactions including NCDs, privately placed debt, structured credit, and secured financing transactions.

- Support debt placements and syndication with institutional investors including banks, mutual funds, NBFCs, AIFs, insurance companies, and private credit funds.

- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, trustees, and market intermediaries to drive deal flow.

- Prepare pitch books, investor presentations, term sheets, information memorandums, and transaction marketing materials.

- Conduct financial and credit analysis including assessment of cash flows, leverage, debt servicing capability, and security structures.

- Coordinate end-to-end execution with legal counsel, rating agencies, debenture trustees, and compliance teams for successful deal closure.

- Monitor debt market trends, interest rate environment, investor appetite, and pricing benchmarks to support origination and execution activities.

- Assist in transaction structuring, investor outreach, documentation, and negotiation of commercial terms.

- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory guidelines issued by Securities and Exchange Board of India and Reserve Bank of India.
