1. Incumbent should have at least 12 years of experience working in the large corporate debt space. 2. He / She should be willing to work in both debt syndication/project advisory and stressed assets advisory. 3. Should possess the ability to independently handle and lead projects/mandates to structure transactions, including large-ticket cases, and place/syndicate such transactions with banks/NBFCs/ other lenders. 4. Must have hands-on knowledge of various sectors, particularly infrastructure sectors such as power, roads, ports, etc. 5. The candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and financial modeling skills, as well as presentation skills, sector insights, market research capabilities, relationship management, and negotiating skills. 6. Ability to establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, both PSU and private, as well as with private sector and public sector banks, NBFCs, and multilateral financial institutions. 7. Experienced in originating deals and possess business development skills. 8. Prior experience in the stressed assets space would be preferable, including knowledge of debt restructuring, debt assignment, OTS funding, along with familiarity with various related RBI guidelines on stressed assets, as well as applicable regulations pertaining to SEBI and the Companies Act.
