IDAM Wellness - Marketplace Lead - eCommerce

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build and manage strategic relationships with key marketplace partners and Category/Business POCs across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Quick Commerce, etc. and leveraging these relationships to unlock category expansion, visibility, campaigns, launches, commercial opportunities and growth.

- Own the end-to-end P&L and category growth for Beauty & Personal Care across one or more significant marketplace channels.

- Drive revenue, profitability and market share growth through pricing, promotions, discounting, assortment, paid media and marketplace-specific growth levers.

- Develop and execute joint business and campaign plans with marketplace partners, including key events, visibility opportunities, launches and category expansion initiatives.

- Own marketplace performance and hygiene including catalogue/listing quality, search visibility, ratings & reviews, inventory availability and conversion.

- Partner with Demand Planning, Supply Chain and Operations to ensure accurate forecasting, optimal inventory and high fulfilment/service levels.

- Track and optimise key metrics including GMV, Net Sales, ROAS, CAC, conversion, ASP, contribution margin, traffic and market share.

- Analyse category, competitor and consumer trends to identify new growth opportunities and strengthen OneGuardians position across marketplaces.

IDEAL CANDIDATURE:

- 4 to 7 years of hands on experience in marketplace/e-commerce.

- Proven experience owning a marketplace/category P&L and delivering meaningful growth.

- Exceptional marketplace relationship management skills with demonstrated ability to work with and influence platform/category teams.

- Strong understanding of Amazon/Flipkart/Myntra/Quick Commerce ecosystems.

- Highly commercial and data-driven, with strong understanding of marketplace economics and growth levers.

- High ownership, entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
