Role Overview:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Finance professional to partner with procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and planning teams to drive cost optimization, inventory efficiency, and financial governance across the supply chain. The role will focus on budgeting, inventory controls, cost analysis, logistics finance, and business partnering.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Planning teams to drive financial performance.

- Prepare and monitor supply chain budgets, forecasts, and annual operating plans (AOP).

- Analyze manufacturing, procurement, warehousing, and logistics costs and identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Track inventory, slow/non-moving stock, inventory ageing, and working capital metrics.

- Monitor inventory valuation, provisions, stock reconciliations, and inventory controls.

- Evaluate procurement savings, vendor pricing, freight costs, and supply chain efficiencies.

- Conduct variance analysis for production, material consumption, freight, and warehousing costs.

- Support CAPEX planning, project evaluation, and post-investment reviews.

- Develop MIS dashboards and KPIs related to inventory, logistics, procurement, and supply chain performance.

- Ensure adherence to financial controls, SOPs, and internal audit requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational and financial efficiency.

Preferred Background:

- FMCG, Consumer Goods, Manufacturing, Retail, Pharma, or D2C organizations.

- Experience working closely with procurement, manufacturing plants, warehouses, or distribution networks.

- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
