Finance Consolidation Manager:

About the Role:

We are looking for a Finance Consolidation Manager to manage group-level financial consolidation and reporting across multiple legal entities. The role will be responsible for ensuring accurate, timely and compliant consolidated financial reporting while coordinating closely with entity finance teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the monthly, quarterly and annual financial consolidation process across multiple entities/subsidiaries.

- Prepare and review consolidated P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow statements.

- Perform intercompany reconciliation and elimination of intercompany balances and transactions.

- Review consolidation adjustments, accounting entries and entity-level financial submissions.

- Coordinate with finance teams across different entities/geographies to ensure timely month-end and year-end closure.

- Ensure compliance with applicable Ind AS / IFRS and Group accounting policies.

- Support group financial reporting and management reporting for senior management/CFO.

- Review financial results and investigate significant variances, unusual movements and accounting discrepancies.

- Manage foreign currency translation and other consolidation adjustments for overseas entities, wherever applicable.

- Coordinate with statutory/external auditors during quarterly and annual audits.

- Strengthen financial controls and standardise reporting processes across entities.

- Drive improvements in consolidation processes, reporting timelines and data accuracy.

- Maintain and improve consolidation/reporting templates and systems.

- Support implementation or optimisation of consolidation tools such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, HFM, OneStream, BPC or similar platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in financial consolidation, group reporting or financial reporting.

- Strong hands-on experience in consolidated financial statements.

- Good understanding of intercompany reconciliation and elimination.

- Strong knowledge of Ind AS / IFRS.

- Experience working with multiple legal entities/subsidiaries, preferably in a global or multinational environment.

- Strong understanding of month-end and year-end financial close processes.

- Excellent Excel and financial analysis skills.

- Experience with ERP/consolidation systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, HFM, OneStream or BPC is preferred.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
