IDAM Wellness - Manager - Commercial Finance

Role Overview:

We are looking for a seasoned Commercial Finance Manager to drive end-to-end commercial finance operations for Bella Vita's offline business across General Trade (GT), Modern Trade (MT), and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBO). This role will be responsible for strengthening commercial controls, driving channel profitability, ensuring robust Accounts Receivable (AR) governance, and partnering with business teams to enable profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own end-to-end commercial finance for offline business across GT, MT, and EBO channels.

- Drive monthly business reviews, profitability analysis, and channel-wise P&L reporting.

- Lead AOP closure, budgeting, and forecasting activities.

- Partner with Sales and Business teams to support commercial decision-making and profitable growth.

- Monitor channel profitability and recommend margin improvement initiatives.

- Manage AR, collections, ageing analysis, and customer reconciliations.

- Ensure timely collections and strong governance over credit risk and receivables.

- Validate trade spends, incentives, salaries, and sales-related payouts.

- Drive robust commercial controls and compliance across offline channels.

- Own offline business finance reporting and management dashboards.

- Manage commercial finance activities for corporate gifting and GNC CDP reporting.

- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance financial efficiency and controls.

Key Requirements:

- Qualified CA/ MBA- Finance

- 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in Commercial Finance, Sales Finance, or Business Finance.

- Strong experience in distribution-led/offline business finance environments.

- Expertise in AR management, commercial finance, channel profitability, budgeting, and financial reporting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
