Job Title: Internal Audit Lead

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Internal Audit Lead to oversee internal audit processes, strengthen internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies while supporting risk management and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and execute internal audits across finance, operations, and business processes.

- Evaluate and strengthen internal financial controls (IFC) and risk management frameworks.

- Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and compliance risks, and recommend corrective actions.

- Coordinate with external auditors, management, and cross-functional teams to ensure audit readiness.

- Prepare audit reports, risk assessments, and management presentations highlighting key observations.

- Monitor closure of audit findings and implementation of corrective actions.

- Support process improvements and governance initiatives across the organization.

Preferred Profile:

- CA / CPA / CIA / MBA Finance with 5-8 years of experience in internal audit, risk, or compliance.

- Experience in Big4 / consulting firms or large corporates preferred.

- Strong understanding of IFC, risk controls, compliance frameworks, and audit processes.

- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and data analysis tools.
