Project Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to plan, execute, and close projects within defined scope, timelines, and budget. The ideal candidate will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with approved timelines and budgets
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party partners to ensure smooth execution
- Track project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively address risks and issues
- Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status reports to management
- Ensure adherence to quality standards, processes, and organizational policies
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation and approvals
- Ensure timely communication with stakeholders regarding project milestones and challenges
- Conduct post-project reviews and capture lessons learned
