Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Head to lead and strengthen compliance across iD Fresh's manufacturing plants, sales operations, supply chain, and corporate functions. The role will ensure adherence to statutory, regulatory, food safety, and commercial compliance requirements while building a strong culture of governance and accountability.

Role Name: Head - Compliance

Reporting to: Group CFO

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead factory, food safety, and statutory compliance across all manufacturing locations.

- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, Factory Act, labour laws, legal metrology, and other applicable regulations.

- Drive sales and commercial compliance across GT, MT, E-commerce, and Quick Commerce channels.

- Manage statutory licenses, registrations, certifications, and regulatory renewals.

- Conduct compliance audits and ensure timely closure of observations.

- Develop and implement compliance policies, SOPs, and governance frameworks.

- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure organization-wide compliance.

- Liaise with government authorities, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

- Partner with Manufacturing, Sales, Supply Chain, HR, Finance, and Legal teams on compliance matters.

- Build a culture of compliance through training, awareness, and continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications:

- Masters degree in Law, Food Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Professional certifications in Compliance, Food Safety, or Risk Management are preferred.

- 12 - 14 years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or governance within FMCG, food manufacturing, or consumer goods.

- Strong experience in both factory and sales/commercial compliance.

- Experience managing multi-location operations is preferred.
