We're looking for a dynamic and driven individual to join our team and help us expand our presence in the West Region.
The Role
As a Manager / Senior Manager - Ad Sales, you'll be instrumental in driving revenue growth by building and nurturing strategic relationships with key advertising agencies in the WEST Region. You'll be responsible for selling a wide range of cutting-edge digital advertising solutions, specifically targeting agencies like GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, and OMG. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in ad sales and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Agency Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with media buying and planning teams at leading advertising agencies.
Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively selling iCubesWire's diverse portfolio of ad tech products and services.
Solution Selling: Proactively identify client needs and present tailor-made digital marketing strategies utilizing our unique selling propositions.
Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and new technologies to effectively position iCubesWire's offerings.
Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new accounts and expand existing business within the agency ecosystem.
Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our key offerings, including:
- Affiliate Marketing
- Programmatic Advertising (DMP+DSP cohorts)
- Native & Rich Media Ads
- Influencer Marketing
- Hyperlocal & Mobility Solutions
- Video Production (Production House Films)
- Appography (App-focused solutions)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 2-7 years of experience in digital ad sales, with a strong focus on agency sales.
Networking: An existing network and strong relationships with key stakeholders at leading ad agencies in the West Region are a significant plus.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations.
Negotiation: Proven negotiation and closing skills.
Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising ecosystem, including performance marketing, programmatic, and social media.
Drive: A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for achieving sales goals.
