About the Role:

If you are ready to take on the challenge of nurturing and growing our Agency Business in the West Region, driving significant revenue growth through strategic partnerships, we want to hear from you! The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by developing and fostering strong relationships with leading advertising agencies in the West, including but not limited to GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, OMG, and others. This role demands a proactive, results-oriented individual with a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Agency Relationship Management:

- Identify, onboard, and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within media agencies (GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, OMG, etc.) in the West region.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned agencies, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.

- Regularly engage with agencies to understand their evolving needs, marketing objectives, and campaign requirements.

Revenue Generation & Sales Targets:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets from the agency portfolio.

- Identify new business opportunities within existing agency accounts and proactively pursue new agency partnerships.

- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.

Product & Solution Presentation:

- Effectively articulate iCubesWire's diverse selling propositions, including:

- DMP+DSP Cohorts: Demonstrating the power of data-driven targeting.

- Mobility Roadblocks: Addressing unique challenges and solutions in mobile advertising.

- Appography: Leveraging app-centric insights for targeted campaigns.

- Hyperlocal: Driving highly localized advertising strategies.

- Programmatic: Showcasing our advanced programmatic capabilities.

- Native: Promoting integrated and non-disruptive ad formats.

- Rich Media: Highlighting engaging and interactive ad experiences.

- Influencer Marketing: Presenting strategies for authentic brand promotion.

- Production House Films: Collaborating on impactful video content.

- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to agency requirements.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:

- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics in the digital advertising and ad-tech space, specifically within the West region.

- Provide market feedback and insights to internal teams (product, marketing) to help refine offerings and strategies.

Collaboration & Coordination:

- Work closely with internal teams including Ad Operations, Campaign Management, Product, and Finance to ensure seamless campaign execution, client satisfaction, and timely payments.

- Collaborate with marketing to develop sales collateral and promotional materials relevant to agency outreach.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales pipeline, activity, and forecast reports using CRM tools.

- Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a significant advantage.

- Proven Sales Acumen: 2-7 years of demonstrable success in ad sales, specifically within the digital advertising or ad-tech industry, with a strong focus on agency sales.

- Agency Network: Existing strong relationships and a proven track record of working with leading media agencies (e.g., GroupM, Dentsu, Publicis, OMG) in the West region are highly desirable.

- Digital Advertising Expertise: In-depth understanding of various digital advertising channels, technologies (DMP, DSP, Programmatic), and performance metrics.

- Communication & Presentation Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.

- Strategic Thinker: Ability to understand client objectives and translate them into effective digital advertising solutions.

- Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.

- Relationship Builder: Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships at all levels.

- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges and propose innovative solutions.

- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
