Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Puducherry.

- The Branch Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales targets.

- Additional responsibilities include developing business strategies, maintaining performance standards, handling customer inquiries and issues, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

- Experience in team leadership and staff management.

- Proven skills in sales, marketing, and business development.

- Strong customer service and relationship management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to develop and implement business strategies.

- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and policy enforcement.

- Proficiency in data analysis and performance monitoring.

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.

- Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
