Financial Management: - Manage budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met. - Analyze financial performance and identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement. Qualifications and Experience - Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. - 10+ years of experience in the insurance industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. - Proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Strong financial acumen and analytical abilities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of insurance products, processes, and regulations. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
