Job Location : Patna  Position Title : Zonal Infrastructure Head  Role Reports to : Retail Infrastructure Head  The Zonal Infrastructure Head is responsible for the infrastructure needs of the various branches and towers within a given zone. A team of Infrastructure Facilities Managers (IFM) report to the ZIFH. The ZIFH is expected to manage stakeholders from business (Branch Managers, Regional Heads, Zonal Heads) and ensure that the premises and equipment provided are within budget and lead to positive business outcomes. Savings on cost, adherence to process and escalation management from key stakeholders are important deliverables.  Key Responsibilities :  - Keep abreast of latest trends infrastructure and Facility management and recommend initiatives  - Coordinating with branches and towers for their infra issues and also ensuring that they are taking all steps for indenting/maintaining the infra as per bank standards  - Ensuring all premises and the electrical equipment therein keep up with the standards set  - Relocation and remodeling of premises as per business need  - Ensuring all premises are energy efficient and match up to the energy efficiency index as set by bank  - Ensuring safety and reliability of services and equipment provided  - Ensure response to any emergency in the premises due to infrastructure issues with promptness  - Coordinating and liaising with municipality and other agencies.  - Ensuring all premises have lease agreements and rent negotiations are done as per target set by the bank  - Coordinating with Vendors, monitoring maintenance work in branches as and when required  - Managing escalations from business, vendors etc.  - Responsible for learning and development of team members
