Position Title: Regional Head Sales - Enterprise Credit  Location: Baroda.  Job Responsibilities  - Manage a team of 3 to 6 Sales Managers who would in turn have a team of Sales Officers  - Supervise sourcing of enterprise credit customers - Assist and supervise team in cold calling on prospects and identification of prospective customers, sourcing of enterprise credit customers  - Ensure adherence to Document collection - Balance sheet & P&L for 3 years, 3 years IT return, KYC of all partners and directors, Bank statement of 12 months for all bank accounts, track record of all loans reflecting in the balance sheet   - Assist in basic note writing - Analysis of financials with calculation of financial ratios  - De-dupe with the defualter databases, RBI defaulter list etc - and ensure complete of final note making for proposing the case.   Closure of deals:  - Relationship Management - Meeting with the customer at least once a month, regular checking of current asset levels, involvement in resolution of transaction level issues like cheque clearing, intra day overdraft etc -   - Ensure regular monitoring of accounts through checking Finnacle for the transactions and acting on central early warning monitoring report  Key Skills and Knowledge Requirements  - Good communication and presentation skills  - Selling skills  - Good analytical skills with eye for detail  - Openness to learning by analyzing information available   - Sound understanding of Enterprise Credit Market and Customers is an added advantage  Competencies:   - Drive for Results (Finding solutions to problems despite constraints, setting priorities, setting high performance standards)  - Managerial Effectiveness  - Analytical Thinking (Evaluating pros and cons, Identifying key issues in complex problems/assignments)  - Team Effectiveness (Sharing knowledge/information relevant to other team members, expecting positive expectations from others)
