Brief Profile: Product Manager will be responsible for strategy, roadmap, and feature definition of a product and product line. The position includes product development, marketing, forecasting profit and loss (P&amp;L) responsibilities. Key capabilities include working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams to design, build and roll-out products aligned to the vision and strategy of the Debit Cards business at ICICI Bank Ltd. Responsibilities: - Gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth - Create buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners - Develop product pricing and positioning strategies - Translate product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes - Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact - Work closely with technology and Operation teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources - Drive product launches in collaboration with the Corporate Brand group and other team members - Launch and manage tactical acquisition and usage campaigns to meet yearly objectives - Evaluate &amp; drive promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed - Manage and liaise with the partner- align the internal teams and strategies as per mutually agreed goals - Act as a product evangelist to build awareness and understanding - Align closely with Customer Service &amp; Onboarding to build and maintain a strong customer experience Requirements: - More than 3 years of work experience in product management. Candidates with experience in Cards business will be preferred. - Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle. - Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management. - Strong problem solving skills. - Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - MBA from a reputed Institute. #NOLI
