Key Responsibilities: - Manage Bharat Bill Payment platform for the bank - Understand Gap & Design product flow; Continuously engage with technology and build enhanced system as per industry requirements. - Responsible for achieving the bill payment portfolio acquisition, Onboard New players, Lead Go Live, Manage Live issues. - Spearhead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing campaigns/ digital engagement initiatives - Collaborate with the sales/branch teams to increase usage per customer and attract new customers to the platform - Engage with regulators for managing the platform - Collaborate with the product teams for customer journey enhancements, uncover insights and strategies to develop marketing strategies - Leverage and analyze data to develop sharp consumer insights for creating effective communication & segmentation strategy for campaigns - Identify success metrics, monitor and report on performance to internal stakeholders - Collaborate with internal stake holders like IT, operations, compliance - Enhance Agent Institution business, by undertaking strategic alliances/tie ups - Engage with customer service team for betterment customer communication Desired Skills and Experience: - 3+ years of experience working in product management, vendor management, marketing communication. Data Analytics - Qualifications: MBA (Sales/Marketing) Tier 1 Institution - Creative thinking, problem solving and capability to adapt in a constantly changing environment - Regulator/vendor management, cross-functional communication management - Analytical skills - drilling down into data for customer insights - People management skills - managing internal/external stake holders
