Job Role & Responsibilities: 1. Develop and manage the treasury products and channels for cross border remittances 2. Manage existing remittance products, with a focus on revenue maximization 3. Launch and drive the digital initiatives to enhance treasury value proposition for cross border remittances 4. Drive technology projects for business growth across various geographies and ensuring delivery within timelines 5. Tracking performance metrics and regular updates and presentations to senior management 6. Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders such as Relationship Managers, Treasury Dealers, Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations to drive and complete the projects 7. Meet prospective and existing clients to do the product demos and on board the clients onto digital remittance solutions of the bank 8. Review and restructure the processes to enhance the user (client) experience about remittance solutions of the Bank Required Skill Set: 1. High analytical skills 2. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with wide variety of stakeholders 3. Knowledge of financial markets, particularly understanding of forex, interest rate and remittance products 4. Deep understanding of technology work flows and digital products for cross border remittances
