About the Role:

The Audit Manager will support and execute audit assignments across banking operations, evaluate internal controls, identify process and operational risks, and recommend corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute audit assignments as per defined methodologies.

- Review business processes, controls, and operational activities.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls.

- Conduct testing and analysis of transactions and documentation.

- Identify control gaps, process deviations, and operational risks.

- Prepare detailed audit observations and reports.

- Discuss findings with stakeholders and recommend corrective actions.

- Track implementation of remediation measures.

- Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies.

- Maintain audit documentation and working papers.

- Collaborate with business and control functions to strengthen risk management.
