IceCream Labs - Product Manager

About the Role:

We're seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead the strategic development of our AI platform at Modo.ai. This is a high-impact role requiring someone who can think strategically while executing flawlessly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive product roadmap development and strategic planning for the Modo.ai platform

- Prioritize features based on customer needs, market analysis, and competitive intelligence

- Conduct deep customer research and market analysis to inform product decisions

- Manage end-to-end product releases in collaboration with VP Engineering and founders

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear business value propositions

- Present to senior leadership and external stakeholders with executive presence

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Background in strategy consulting or investment banking with proven tech experience

- Strong strategic thinking capabilities with ability to see the big picture

- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their commercial applications

- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities

- Experience managing complex product launches and cross-functional teams

- Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders

Requirements:

- Based in Bangalore and able to work on-site

- Proven track record in product management or related strategic roles

- Strong understanding of AI/ML landscape and market dynamics

- Experience working with engineering teams and technical stakeholders
