Position Title: PMO Analyst - IT Projects
Department: iBUS Information Systems
Experience Required: 6 - 8 years (PMO / IT Project Coordination)

Role Summary
The PMO Analyst will support the governance and delivery of enterprise IT initiatives with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud programs, third-party integrations (e.g., Salesforce, Spotdraft and other third party applications), SAP BTP-based integration patterns, and cloud data platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake). The role is responsible for maintaining project controls (project plan, Gantt chart, reporting, and documentation), enabling effective stakeholder coordination, and ensuring adherence to defined PMO processes to drive predictable and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Support project planning and execution activities including schedule creation/updates, milestone tracking, and dependency management.
- Maintain project controls and documentation such as project plans, RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies), decisions log, change requests, and status reports.
- Drive PMO governance by ensuring compliance with defined processes, templates, sprints, and reporting cadence.
- Track and report project KPIs (schedule, scope, cost, quality, and risks) and highlight variances with recommended corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (Business, IT, and Vendors) to support delivery, remove blockers, and ensure timely action closure.
- Facilitate project meetings, publish minutes of meeting (MoM) and track action items to completion.
- Prepare management dashboards and periodic updates for leadership reviews.
- Support resource planning and utilization tracking in collaboration with project and functional leads.
- Ensure audit readiness through accurate records, version control, and adherence to documentation standards.
- Work effectively across IT domains including enterprise applications, SAP, Salesforce, third party integrations (CPI and API), cloud, and SaaS environments.
- Support SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud integration projects by coordinating business/IT/vendor teams for interface planning, cutover readiness, and hyper care tracking.
- Track integration deliverables and dependencies across SAP BTP (Integration Suite/CPI), API management, and middleware components, ensure interface specifications, test evidence, and sign-offs are completed.
- Coordinate end-to-end third-party integration workstreams (e.g., Salesforce, legal software) including API/connector readiness, data mapping, integration testing (SIT/UAT), and defect triage.
- Collaborate with data/analytics teams on downstream data consumption (e.g., Azure Data Lake) by tracking extraction/replication milestones, data quality checks, and reporting readiness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Working knowledge of project delivery methodologies: Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Waterfall, and Hybrid.
- Hands-on experience with Jira (mandatory), Confluence and other PM tools (MS Project/Smartsheet or similar) are an advantage.
- Exposure to IT project delivery across enterprise applications including SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud, Salesforce, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), SaaS applications, system integrations, and SAP BTP.
- Good understanding of integration concepts and deliverables: API-based integrations (REST/SOAP), SAP APIs/OData, interface specifications, iFlows (SAP Integration Suite/CPI), data mapping, error handling, and monitoring.
- Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (Azure Data Lake) and common data integration touchpoints (data extraction, ingestion, validation, and reconciliation) to support reporting/analytics readiness.
- Strong reporting and documentation skills (status reporting, RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) management, MoM, dashboards).
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, ability to coordinate across multiple teams and vendors.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of Project Charter, Scope Baseline, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), stakeholder register, RACI matrix, communications plan, change control, and lessons learned.
- Experience with schedule and cost management concepts: critical path method (CPM), baselining, variance analysis, and Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics (Planned valued Earned Value, Actual Cost, Costperformance Index, Schedule Performance Index).
- Working knowledge of risk, quality, and procurement practices: qualitative/quantitative risk analysis, risk response planning, quality metrics, vendor/SOW coordination, and change-order tracking.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree: Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Project management certification (preferred): PMP (added advantage), PRINCE2, CSM (Scrum master), or equivalent.
- Exposure to IT governance, risk management, and compliance practices.
