Key Responsibilities:

- Maintains information technology strategies.

- Oversee all technology operations (e. network security) and evaluate them according to established goals.

- Initiates, coordinates, and enforces systems, policies, and procedures.

- Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees for a safe and secure network.

- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.

- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.

- Recommends information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes.

- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

- Analyzing the business requirements of all business units to determine their technology needs.

- Completes projects by coordinating resources and timelines with various business units as per company goals.

- Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software.

- Inspect the use of technological equipment and software to ensure functionality and efficiency.

- Identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and control budget, report on expenditure to management.

Skills & Qualification:

- 15+ years of overall experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or related domains.

- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (B./B.Tech), or a related discipline.

- Professional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA) or equivalent are an added advantage.
