Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for cost-saving initiatives while maintaining high-quality standards. - Facility Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols. Implement policies and procedures to mitigate risks and promote a safe working environment. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards. - Sustainability Initiatives: Drive sustainability initiatives and promote environmentally friendly practices within the facilities. Identify opportunities for energy conservation, waste reduction, and green initiatives to reduce the organization's environmental footprint. - Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate records and documentation related to facilities operations, including maintenance logs, repair history, and safety records. Prepare regular reports. for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators, expenses, and projects. Preferred Qualification & Experience : - Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred) - Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, with progressive responsibility and leadership roles - In-depth knowledge of facility management principles, best practices, and industry standards. Skills & Competencies : - Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control - Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Proven experience in vendor and contractor management, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation - Extensive knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory requirements - Familiarity with sustainability practices and initiatives - Proficient in using facilities management software and computer-aided facility management (CAFM) tools - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. - Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
