Roles & Responsibilities:
- Sales targets: Setting and monitoring sales goals for the region and for each team member.
- Sales team: Building, leading and mentoring the sales team in the North & East.
- Sales strategy: Developing and implementing sales strategies for the region.
- Customer relationships: Building and maintaining relationships with customers and growing the business.
- Sales data: Relaying sales data and customer insights to operations teams.
- Market research: Gathering research about the target market.
- Process Excellence: Ensure adherence to the sales process and drive excellence through SFDC utilization.
Skills & Qualification:
- Educational Background: UG & PG in Marketing.
- Sales Expertise: Demonstrated success in sales management, particularly in B2B sales, with a proven track record of setting and achieving sales targets.
- Strategic Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with experience driving performance in medium to large organizations.
- Analytical Acumen: Data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyze trends and implement strategies effectively.
- Experience: 13+ years in sales and business development roles, showcasing consistent growth and achievement.
