- Demonstrated experience in leading teams across project workstreams or full engagements, independently managing priorities, resources, and timelines

- Exceptional storytelling and communication abilities, both written and verbal, with the capability to influence and engage executive audiences, adapt messaging to stakeholder needs, and translate complex business and digital concepts into clear, actionable narratives

- Advanced analytical thinking, with the ability to synthesize complex data, market intelligence, research findings, and technical insights into actionable strategic recommendations that drive transformation and enterprise value

- Strong intellectual curiosity and commercial awareness, continuously monitoring emerging business trends, market shifts, disruptive technologies, and AI-driven innovations to inform client strategies across multiple industries
