IBM - Record To Report Transformation Role

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end RTR transformation (GL, Close, Journals, Reconciliations, Intercompany, Reporting)

- Deploy and operationalise Agentic AI, GenAI and intelligent automation solutions across RTR

- Identify and implement AI-first use cases (journals, reconciliations, close orchestration, reporting, controls)

- Work with business, IT, and GBS teams to operationalise AI-enabled workflows and finance copilots

- Apply process mining and analytics to identify optimisation opportunities

- Support transformation across FP&A, reporting and analytics where relevant

- Contribute to solutioning, RFPs, workshops and diagnostics

- Partner with data, ERP, and automation teams to scale solutions

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS :

- Degree in Finance / Accounting (CA / CPA preferred)

- 10-24 years of RTR / finance transformation experience

- Strong RTR process expertise and controls understanding

- Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, automation or agent frameworks

- Exposure to tools like SAP, BlackLine, Trintech, or similar

- Strong understanding of KPIs, dashboards and analytics

- Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions
