IBM - Financial Planning & Analysis Transformation Role

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Drive end-to-end FP&A transformation across planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and analytics

- Deploy and operationalise AI, GenAI, and agent-based finance solutions (forecasting models, variance analysis, narrative reporting)

- Identify and implement AI-first use cases across forecasting, scenario modelling, performance reporting, and decision support

- Work with client business, technology, and data teams to enable finance copilots and intelligent workflows

- Use process mining and analytics to identify optimisation and automation opportunities

- Contribute to solutioning, RFPs, client workshops, and transformation diagnostics

- Track measurable outcomes including forecast accuracy, planning cycle reduction, and decision velocity

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:

- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; MBA / CA / CPA preferred

- 10-24 years of FP&A, finance transformation, or consulting experience

- Strong FP&A expertise (planning, forecasting, reporting, analytics)

- Hands-on experience with AI/GenAI, automation tools, or analytics platforms

- Exposure to EPM tools (Anaplan, OneStream, SAP Analytics Cloud, Oracle EPM)

- Strong understanding of finance data, KPIs, dashboards, and analytics-driven insights

- Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions
