Roles and Responsibilities : To prospect and secure the best accounts in Gifting and rewards space using the best practices and managing the existing set of accounts to provide exceptional customer service 1. Heading the gift card business (complete sales and PnL delivery ) 2. Creating content, presentations, business proposals, etc. 3. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction 4. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients 5. Promote the company's products/services to the decision makers of potential clients 6. Create and maintain a healthy sales funnel 7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers 8. Should possess ability to analyse the current marketing trends, generating leads, meet clients on a regular basis both active & past clients 9. Work closely with the support departments such as creative, operations, tech, finance etc and ensure the concept are explained to ensure smooth execution and on-boarding Skills required 1) At least 8-10 Years of work experience in corporate sales with atleast 5-6 years of team management experience 2) Proven team management skills 3) Business development and large account management 4) Excellent presentation skills 5) Proven Sales record 6) MBA from premier institute
