We have an urgent requirement with our client in Pune.  Role:   - This role is the Junior Analyst for the new APAC IB Finance Reporting and Analysis team in Pune under the captive model.   - As the pioneer team member under the new captive model, the incumbent is responsible for transitioning the defined APAC IB Finance related regular BAU tasks from the vendor.  - On an on-going basis, the incumbent will be responsible for the following:  - Production of daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports covering revenue, expenses, Balance Sheet, RWA, cREV and other financial KPIs  - Execute various month end close processes (e.g. accruals, account ownership, MIS journal postings, expense allocations stats update)  - Assist in processing budget transfers, re-org and restatements  - Adhoc analysis   Desired Skills:   - University degree (MBA Finance) / Chartered Accountant (CA)  - 1-2 of relevant experience in Management Reporting / Financial Planning & Analysis  - Financial Services Background (preferable)  - Management reporting background (desirable)  - Knowledge of Financial Systems   - Communication skills - good written and verbal communication, ability to communicate appropriately with people at all levels within the organisation, recognition of cultural differences  - Essbase and Peoplesoft skills  - Proficient in Excel, Word, Powerpoint.  - Business partnering and work with cross cultural, cross functional team  - Analytical & problem solving ability   - Self-starter, multitasking and ability to prioritise task effectively  - Logical Thought Process  - Attention to details  In case you wish to explore this opportunity, please feel free to call me on 02065100881.  Reema Maheshwari Founder & Chief Consultant Credence HR Services LL- 020-65100881 LinkedIn: in.linkedin.com/in/reemamaheshwari/ Visit us : www.credencehrservices.com
