About The Role.
iamneo is looking for a high-ownership Individual Contributor to drive university sales across Bangalore and the Karnataka region.
This role focuses on establishing strong relationships with colleges and universities and driving adoption of iamneos Saas Platform for Computer Science, IT, and allied domains.
You will be responsible for expanding our footprint on campuses, engaging academic and placement stakeholders, and closing institutional deals.
Location: Bangalore | Extensive travel across Karnataka.
What Youll Do:
- Own end-to-end sales for colleges & universities across Karnataka.
- Travel extensively to campuses to build long-term institutional relationships.
- Engage with Placement Officers, HODs, Deans, and Management.
- Drive adoption of iamneos placement readiness & assessment platform.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; close deals against targets.
- Represent iamneo at campus meetings, events, and education forums.
Who You Are:
- 610+ years of experience in B2B / Institutional / University sales.
- Experience selling EdTech, SaaS, or placement / skilling solutions preferred.
- Strong understanding of CS, IT & allied engineering departments.
- Comfortable with travel & on-ground sales execution.
- Self-driven, outcome-oriented, and comfortable in an IC role.
