Iamneo, a dynamic and rapidly growing organization, is seeking a proactive and ambitious business leader to join our Founder's office. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with the CEO, contributing to the resolution of complex finance challenges and actively participating in critical decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Participate in pivotal decisions as they relate to strategic initiatives and operational models

- Preparation/ coordination of MIS on monthly basis - Preparation of the customer level P&L & Channel level P&L

- Interact with and bring department into line with CEO's plans, initiatives and recommendations

- Budgeting & Variance analysis; AOP vs Actuals analysis, including cashflow preparation.

- Suggestions on possible financial efficiencies in the organization

- Working and development of internal controls policies and procedures and SOPs

- Provide comprehensive fundraising support including evaluating funding options, financial modelling for strategic decisions, coordinating due diligence processes, and driving efforts for organizational growth.

Qualification and Requirements:

- 2-3 years of Financial Planning and Analysis experience.

- Must possess CA qualification.

- Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.

- Master's degree in Finance (preferred).

- Expert in Tally, MS-Excel, and MS-PowerPoint.

- Proven expertise in accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and FP&A.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly motivated and self-directed.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
