IAM Operations Lead - Identity & Access Management - Consulting Firm

One of the leading global consulting firms is looking for an experienced IAM Operations Lead to join their team in Gurgaon.

Role Overview:

The candidate will act as an SME, managing team performance and engaging with multiple stakeholders to drive security strategies for cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the IAM operations team, making critical decisions.

- Provide solutions for complex problems spanning multiple teams.

- Develop and implement security strategies for cloud infrastructure and services.

- Facilitate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on security objectives.

- Mentor junior team members to enhance their technical skills.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, Microsoft Active Directory, and Microsoft Azure Active Directory.

- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles, architecture, and operations.

- Experience in designing and implementing security controls within cloud environments.

- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into architectural solutions.

- Familiarity with identity governance, access provisioning, and lifecycle management.

- Skilled in risk assessment and mitigation within cloud security frameworks.

Requirements:

- Minimum 12 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations.

- 15 years of full-time education is required.
