iAgami - D365 FO Finance Consultant

Qualifications & Skills:

- Minimum 6-8 years of experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance modules.

- Relevant D365 certification is preferred.

- Strong understanding of financial business principles including cost accounting, asset management, and financial workflows.

- Proven experience in ERP implementation and cross-functional ERP support teams.

- Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.

- Experience in business process analysis and driving improvements aligned with organizational goals.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO).

- Hands-on experience with ERP Implementation, configuration, and support.

- Expertise in Financial Reporting within D365 FO.

- Strong capabilities in business process analysis and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and support Dynamics 365 Finance module implementation and post-go-live activities.

- Collaborate with business users to analyze financial business processes and recommend system improvements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues related to finance and operations modules.

- Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards.

- Facilitate stakeholder communication and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of D365 FO Finance modules.

- Document business processes, system configurations, and issue resolutions comprehensively.

- Coordinate with cross-functional ERP support teams to resolve integration and operational issues.
