Position Overview


As a Product Marketing Specialist at i95Dev, you'll shape the narrative and accelerate adoption for our suite of integration products and eCommerce growth solutions. This strategic and hands-on role combines traditional go-to-market strategy with product-led growth (PLG) initiatives. You'll partner closely with product, sales, customer success, and marketing teams to build scalable growth loops, enhance product experiences, and drive qualified pipeline for our 400+ global clients.

Key Responsibilities


- Craft compelling positioning and messaging for our integration products, tailored to key customer segments including eCommerce managers, IT heads, and ERP stakeholders

- Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new product launches and enhancements across Adobe Commerce, Shopify, and ERP integrations

- Own the product marketing roadmap in collaboration with product and sales leaders, building programs that shorten sales cycles and improve win rates

- Design in-product experiences that drive onboarding, activation, and feature adoption through data-driven optimization

- Collaborate with product and UX teams to define free trial or freemium flows, optimizing onboarding sequences, in-app messaging, and engagement nudges

- Create self-serve resources including interactive demos, help center content, and tooltips to improve product stickiness and user success

- Conduct market intelligence through competitive analysis, customer interviews, win/loss reviews, and industry research to inform product positioning and content strategy

- Develop comprehensive sales enablement materials including pitch decks, product one-pagers, demo scripts, battle cards, and case studies to help close deals faster

- Produce high-impact product-focused content such as blogs, whitepapers, webinars, videos, landing pages, and email campaigns

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product teams, sales teams, project teams, external influencers, and industry experts to produce relevant content

- Implement SEO best practices in content creation to improve organic search visibility, working closely with the SEO team

- Execute multi-channel promotion strategies for content distribution across social media, email campaigns, and partnerships to increase visibility and engagement

- Support customer success initiatives by articulating product benefits, capturing success stories, and developing testimonials for social proof

- Define and track KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and iterate marketing efforts based on data and customer feedback

Professional Experience Requirements


- 5-6 years of experience in B2B product marketing, ideally in SaaS, integration technology, or eCommerce platforms

- Proven track record driving or supporting product-led growth (PLG) initiatives

- Experience conducting customer research and translating insights into actionable marketing strategies

- Demonstrated success in go-to-market planning and execution for technology products

- Background in sales enablement and creating compelling marketing collateral

- Experience with content marketing, SEO optimization, and multi-channel campaign management

- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce) and/or ERP systems is highly desirable
