We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM - West) with strong domain expertise in Government & PSUs, Enterprise, Commercial, Corporate, Industrial, and IT/ITES segments. The ideal candidate must have existing relationships with key ELV consultants, architects, system integrators, and enterprise clients, along with strong experience selling security and surveillance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and strengthen relationships with System Integrators, Strategic Accounts, Consultants, and End Customers across the West region.
- Manage and grow revenue from existing key accounts while expanding into new strategic accounts.
- Create, own, and execute the regional sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, monthly forecasts, and accurate reporting.
- Work closely with internal teams-presales, product, marketing, and operations-to drive business success.
- Participate in account planning, strategy discussions, and large opportunity pursuits.
- Educate customers and partners about i2V systems, solutions, roadmap, and competitive differentiators.
- Increase brand awareness and market penetration in assigned verticals and territories.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technology in the security and ELV domain.

Preferred Background:
- Mandatory experience in product sales within the security industry (VMS, Video Analytics, CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, ELV systems, etc.).
- Strong exposure and existing network in Govt & PSUs, Enterprise, Commercial, Industrial, IT/ITES verticals.
- Prior experience working closely with ELV consultants, architects, and system integrators is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
