Key Responsibilities
1. Student Admissions & B2C Growth
- Drive monthly revenue and admission targets for K-12 tuitions & test prep.
- Conduct counselling sessions, product demos, academic walkthroughs, and parent meetings.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads using structured sales processes.
- Monitor parent concerns and work with academic/ops teams for smooth delivery.
- Own the complete sales funnel from lead to conversion to retention.
2. Franchise Development & Expansion (B2B)
- Pitch i2Global's franchise models: FOFO, FIFCO, Hybrid Learning Centres.
- Drive end-to-end franchise closures - lead sourcing, pitching, ROI discussion, due diligence, agreement closure.
- Evaluate properties for centre feasibility (catchment analysis, rental feasibility, ROI projection).
- Coordinate with legal, finance & operations for franchise onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with franchise owners to generate recurring business.
3. Market Intelligence & Growth Strategy
- Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and parent pain-points.
- Identify new micro-markets in Chennai & Bengaluru for expansion.
- Provide weekly insights to management on lead quality, ROI of campaigns, and conversion bottlenecks.
- Suggest centre-level strategic initiatives to improve admissions & brand visibility.
4. Team Collaboration & Process Excellence
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation campaigns.
- Work closely with academic & operations teams for student onboarding and service delivery.
- Ensure CRM hygiene: daily call logs, pipeline updates, conversion reports.
- Train junior sales associates on pitching and objection handling.
- Drive clear communication between franchisees, parents and internal teams.
5. Stakeholder Management
- Handle escalations from parents and franchise owners with maturity.
- Communicate policies regarding refunds, academic guidelines, class schedules, fee structure etc.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and keep complaint rate low.
- Build long-term trust with franchise partners, property owners, and academic heads.
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators):
- Monthly revenue achievement (B2C + B2B).
- Admissions target achievement % (K-12 + Test Prep).
- Franchise closure numbers per quarter.
- Lead-to-demo & demo-to-admission conversion rates.
- CRM hygiene score.
- Market development activities completed (events, school tie-ups, micro-market visits).
- Parent satisfaction index & complaint rate <3%.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent communication in English + Hindi/Kannada/Tamil.
- Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills.
- Ability to pitch ROI, financial models, and franchise projections.
- High energy, target-driven, and ownership mindset.
- Ability to manage pressure and multi-task.
- Strong analytical skills for market research & property evaluation.
