
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager- Software to join Credility (i-XL Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) and drive software sales initiatives, lead a high-performing sales team, and achieve revenue targets.
- This role demands strong negotiation skills, domain knowledge in lending/BFSI, and hands on experience in managing end-to-end sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets as planned, closely collaborating with the CEO.
- Develop and implement new sales strategies to generate leads and close deals.
- Conduct demos, presentations, and scope-of-work/proposal documentation for clients.
- Drive lead generation and nurturing via calls, field visits, emails, LinkedIn, and events.
- Lead and mentor the sales team, set team targets, manage incentives, and ensure timely collections.
- Monitor competitor offerings, perform gap analysis, and strengthen solution pitches.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, summits, and client meetings to generate high-quality leads.
- Coordinate with external agencies for leads and manage sales assist tools to track daily activities.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong negotiation, closure, and target-oriented skills.
- Expertise in software sales, preferably in BFSI/enterprise mobility solutions.
- Ability to perform gap analysis between solutions and client requirements.
- Experience in lead generation strategies and their execution.
- Proven team management capabilities, including recruitment, mentoring, and incentive management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
Educational Qualification - MBA in Sales/Marketing.
