As the AVP Technology, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end technology strategy, overseeing product development, managing technical teams, and ensuring the successful delivery of digital initiatives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders including Product, Operations, and Business teams to drive innovation and efficiency across the technology function. You will lead a team of engineering managers, developers, and architects, ensuring best practices in software development, cloud infrastructure, data security, and system integration. A deep understanding of agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and emerging technologies is essential.
