Key Responsibilities:
Product Marketing Strategy:
- Develop a deep understanding of I-Exceed's products and solutions, target segments, customer needs and pain points, and the competitive landscape.
- Create compelling product marketing collateral including value propositions, customer presentations, sales playbooks, blogs, eBooks, newsletters, and a comprehensive marketing playbook to win in key markets.
Product Positioning & Messaging:
- Craft clear and differentiated positioning and messaging for I-Exceed's product offerings.
- Identify relevant market segments and develop tailored marketing plans to meet strategic objectives.
Product Launch Management:
- Plan and manage the successful launch of new products and releases.
- Ensure marketing content is updated and aligned with the latest product features, bundles, and solutions.
Integrated Marketing Execution:
- Drive end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, social media, content, events, public relations, and analyst relations to support growth and awareness goals.
Analyst Relations:
- Shape and influence analyst and advisor perceptions through briefings, inquiries, strategy sessions, and participation in vendor assessments.
Content Development:
- Understand audience needs, build detailed personas, and align content across the customer journey.
- Create high-impact content such as case studies, pitch decks, proposal templates, use cases, and ROI-focused materials to support marketing success.
Thought Leadership:
- Generate and develop thought leadership content including whitepapers, research reports, blogs, and infographics to enhance brand authority.
Market & Competitive Intelligence:
- Monitor industry trends and the competitive landscape to inform positioning and marketing strategies.
Sales Enablement:
- Effectively communicate the product portfolio's value proposition to the sales team.
- Provide training, content, and strategic support to accelerate deal closures.
- Develop high-impact sales tools including battle cards, sales decks, competitive briefs, case studies, and pitch narratives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Product Management, Sales, and Presales teams to ensure alignment and flawless execution across all go-to-market (GTM) initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 6-10 years in product marketing, preferably within B2B technology companies.
- Domain Expertise: Experience in the FINTECH or Banking sector is essential.
- Track Record: Proven success in B2B product marketing, product launches, sales enablement, collateral creation, and analyst relations.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop compelling narratives and simplify complex topics into engaging, digestible content.
- GTM Expertise: Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies including product launches and competitive positioning.
- Storytelling Skills: Strong ability to transform technical information into impactful marketing assets.
- Analytical Mindset: Data-driven, with a focus on translating insights into strategies that generate pipeline and revenue.
- Collaboration: Strong cross-functional coordination skills with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills with a flair for storytelling and creative expression.
- Detail-Oriented: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
