We are looking for a data-obsessed performance marketer to own our paid acquisition and lead generation engine.

What Youll Do:

- Paid Media: Manage end-to-end campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and X to drive both Brand Awareness and high-quality leads.

- Automation & Email: Build nurture workflows and blast campaigns using Marketing Automation tools to move leads through the funnel.

- Data & ROI: Maintain weekly dashboards tracking CAC, CTR, CPC, and ROI.

You constantly optimize campaigns and creatives based on data.

Toolkit:

- Ads Managers: Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Business Suite.

- Automation: HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho Campaigns or similar enterprise tools.

- Analytics: GA4, Excel (Advanced), Looker Studio.
