Purpose:
- Managing and execution of overall Manpower management tasks like PMS, Core Talent Management, Separations and Promotions for internal customers at Factory.
Job Requirement:
Education Degree - PG/D (MBA/MSW/HRM) or Equivalent
Major - Human Resources
Certifications [If any] - Specialization in Talent Management
Total Experience [In Yrs.]: 3 - 9 years
Major Responsibility:
1. Performance Management System
- Drive PMS for the respective business unit which includes goal setting, periodic performance reviews & final performance appraisal.
2. Competency Assessment
- Drive competency assessment process for the respective business unit and ensure timely completion, assisting in identifying competency gaps and developing them.
3. EPeP
- Identify low performers and initiate the performance enhancement plan, conduct monthly reviews, discussions & assist employees.
4. 360' Feedback
- Initiate 360 Degree Feedback process for resp. position (incl. Expats) & prepare development plan.
5. Promotions
- Drive the Promotion process by sharing the eligibility list, conduct assessments, validate the data shared by user department, felicitate the employees at a common forum.
6. Organization Design
- Review, Design & Manage Organization structure as per the business requirements
7. Leadership Elevation
- Identify Leadership eligibility, Nomination, Job Suitability Assessment, Interview, Final Assessment, Approval, Notification & Communication
8. Rewards & Recognition
- Drive rewards and recognition scheme by collecting nominations, coordinating the awards event & managing budget.
9.T/O Management
- Manage the T/O according to the approval, maintain records of M/P addition & reduction & MIS reports.
10. Job Rotation & Transfer
- Initiate job rotation as per eligibility criteria, communicate to user, Follow up as per career path derived, Cconduct preference surveys, satisfaction surveys and related process.
11. HR Metrics
- Provide Management with HR Metrics and Talent Management report (Attrition, Manpower, SFO & Organization structure) to internal, external customers & HMC
12. Manpower Planning
- Collecting & analyzing annual MP requirements from user, analyzing, and sharing to CoE for decision on annual manpower allotment to meet Organization's business objective
13. CoE Coordination
- Collaborate with CoE to implement strategic initiatives related to policies, career progression plan, PMS, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Core Talent Management, Job Evaluation.
14. Other:
- Budget Management (Capex & Revenue),
- MOU (Govt.) status review & recommendations to management, Vendor Management & Contract Renewal, Fixed Term Contract Hiring & Management, HRM Business Plan, Career Portal Revamping & Management, MKPI data preparation & communication,
