We are looking for a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition specialist to join our growing HR team.

- This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and onboarding top talent across multiple business functions.

- The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, an eye for detail, and a deep understanding of hiring processes.

- You'll collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing through offer closure.

What You'll Be Doing:

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process across functions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements, align on hiring strategies, and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.

- Sourcing Strategy: Use various sourcing methods such as job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies to build a robust talent pipeline.

- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure timely communication with candidates.

- Candidate Experience: Deliver a high-quality candidate experience by maintaining transparency, professionalism, and responsiveness throughout the hiring process.

- Data & Reporting: Maintain recruitment dashboards, track metrics like time-to-fill and source-of-hire, and share regular hiring reports with leadership.

- Employer Branding: Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media posts, recruitment campaigns, and talent marketing
