Product Manager - VKYC

Job Description:

- We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager - Video KYC (vKYC) to lead the development and continuous improvement of our digital customer onboarding platform.

- In this role, you will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our vKYC solution, ensuring alignment with regulatory guidelines and business objectives.

- You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, operations, and sales to translate market needs and user requirements into scalable, secure, and compliant product features.

- A deep understanding of RBI and other regulatory norms is crucial, as you will be tasked with implementing features such as geo-tagging, liveness detection, timestamp validation, and secure video interactions to meet compliance standards.

- The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or regtech sectors, with a strong track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles, especially for digital KYC or onboarding solutions.

- You will play a key role in analyzing user behavior and product metrics to improve customer experience, drive adoption, and optimize conversion rates.

- This role requires excellent stakeholder management, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to handle vendor integrations with OCR, face match, and verification APIs.

- A background in engineering or business with an MBA is preferred
