HyperVerge - Product Manager - Lending

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the next phase of lending-focused onboarding system.

This is a category-creation role in the org and comes with its Zero-to-One dynamics.

Role encompasses discovery, product-market fit assessment, product strategy, pricing strategy, and go-to-market execution.

The ideal candidate will also lead cross-functional teams as well as mentor individuals, to getting world-class solutions built & delivered that provide value to our customers.

What Youll Do:

- Conduct deep user discovery and partner with clients to co-design best-in-class LOS journeys

- Define product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy aligned with market gaps and regulatory evolution.

- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, GTM, and success teams to build and scale impactful modules.

- Shape Hyperverges journey builder, case tracking, rule engine, and LOS-specific dashboards.

- Champion metrics-driven decisions: TAT reduction, conversion improvement, and API success

What Were Looking For:

- Candidates should have either built, scaled, and sold LOS systems, or evaluated LOS vendors for internal adoption.

- Strong product thinking with comfort in zero-to-one product building.

- Passion for solving for financial inclusion and digitizing branch-led or phygital lending.

- Youve worked on or understand Gold Loan / MSME / Personal Loan workflows.

- Familiarity with regulatory nuances (RBI guidelines, KYC mandates) is a plus.

- Excellent stakeholder management and crisp communication
