The Impact Youll Own
- Hiring outcomes: Close 10 12 critical roles per quarter (Eng, GTM, Leadership) with >80 % offer-accept and minimal backfills.
Must-Have
- 6-9 years full-cycle recruiting in SaaS/product or comparable tech firms (200500 employees).
- Track record closing senior ICs, niche engineers or GTM roles.
- Prior leadership of small TA teams; comfortable coaching early-career recruiters.
- Advanced Google Sheets; hands-on with ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
- Strong communicator and negotiator; data-driven problem-solve.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience scaling TA brand/EVP initiatives.
